It is their mission at Helping Individuals Succeed (H.I.S) Agency, founded by Derschaun, to inspire and empower youth ages 8-18 through character development, leadership skills and etiquette training.

Their programs are fun and interactive and designed to teach students the benefits of respectful behavior, leadership skills and a knowledge of correct dining etiquette. The curriculum varies by age group and can be customized by the parents or organizations.
