The leaders and mentors of girls from organizations, businesses, or programs who actively collaborate with Afro Puffs and Ponytails, Inc. to help empower African American/Black girls are called Professional Leaders of Women and Girls.
The PLWG network is the collective efforts of individuals to provide the best services and support for African American/Black Girls and teen girls. PLWG members seek to improve their leadership, mentoring, and program management skills through trainings, workshops, and information sharing.
